Suddenly my left puffy nipple started aching!

What is up with my left nipple guys?!

I am 20. I had pubertal gynecomastia since I was 14. Puffy nipples. mild. Never had any pain. The nipples are very very soft. and there is a lump under them.
From this morning My left nipple started aching. Is it going away or is it getting bigger?! or do you think it has nothing to do with gynecomastia?


Please advice me.

hmmm. ive had occasional moments of tenderness, and nothing's ever got any bigger, or smaller.

just one of those things i think.
