I've heard that surgery for the removal of large breasts is quite complicated, and sometimes involves second attempts.

Given that my case is less serious (or so I'm told), how complicated is the surgical procedure? Is it likely that I'll need second or third attempts? Could it all go wrong? All I need is the removal of the gland.

I refer you to my pictures:       http://www.gynecomastia.org/smf/index.php?topic=13654.0

Thanks

Gland removal alone can create quite a distortion.  The subtle deformity of Puffy Nipples of Gynecomastia Contouring is an art form.  With my techniques, revision surgery is rarely needed.

At your age however, gynecomastia often goes away on its own.  Gynecomastia that has not resolved by 2 years rarely resolves.  How old before gynecomastia surgery is a common question that depends on many factors.

Hope this helps,
