Are these puffy nipples?

Does this picture look like puffy nipples?

There  seems to be some puffiness in the area of breast tissue and areolae, but not a lot.  Also, your nipple looks fairly thick.  Have you noticed a change as your breasts have been developing?  Do you nip out a lot?  Especially shopping in the frozen food section

I have for sure noticed my nipples have grown. They used to be flat with my chest, but now they are always poking out and the slightest thing makes them rock hard.  The freezer isle they would get hard for sure.  

I first noticed like a small gumball shape behind the nipples. Within the last year that ball seems to have expanded into a circle around the areolas and hollow in the middle below the nipple. This disk shape has gotten much bigger. It kind of feels like the disk has runners or something that go towards the side of the breasts.  I grabbed all the way around it and it surprisingly deep into my chest.

Your nipple looks exactly as you described what is going on with it.  Sounds like glandular tissue beneath.  Only a doctor can tell you for sure.  They can say what tests, like bloodwork, mammograms, etc they want you to do

are you on any meds that cause breast growth there are a lot

I am not taking anything now other than smoking weed.  In the past I took propecia and rogaine for hairloss. viagra.  I never took steriods when i was lifting weights, but I did take several other suppliments.  I hurt my shoulder last year and had surgery.  Not being able to exercise for a long time I noticed my chest was looking my more like breasts.  that is when i first started noticing changes.

weed can cause that as well as propecia finasteride which I take does so also. use web md to check the side effects for your meds. every time I get a new med I do

Yea I bet a mix of all that has given me gyno.

That would be my guess, also, as any one of them could, but combining them has given you female breasts and nipples. I really think you should get a checkup and test.

I verified what I thought , finasteride is generic propecia and that can cause breast pain and breast enlargement. I didnt find anything for rogaine. how ever smoking weed can cause breast growth. there is an article by Dr Delgado on this site that has studies of this.short version. the thc causes a drop in testosterone. it depends on at what age you started , for how long and how much or ofton you smoke. It also depends on the person and genetic background. not every one does  and not 100% but pot smokers do tend to get breasts
