Will surgery have affect me?

So I wanna get surgery but I was wondering if the Naval Academy would have a problem w/ me having surgery w/i the past 10 years or so. I looked at an application to get a nomination from my senator, and it asked if I had surgery in the last 10 yrs. Can someone tell me if they will reject my application if I get the cosmetic surgery?
