How much gland to remove?
Hey guys, i was just wondering how much gland should be removed? because i already had excision only and lipo only but i still have puffy nipples... maybe too little gland was removed? what u guys think?

I had my first excision-only in about Nov. of 2003 for then I had lipo-only in Jan. 2005.... behind the nipple i feel a gland, but its soft and quite small... u think the doctor left a little too much gland?
