Physical reasons for doing surgery

Hello.
Besides psychological reasons, what are physical reasons for going to gynecomastia surgery? Like pain, itching etc.

Other than psychological - and I had very very minor case - it was the discomfort when running or some exercises. feeling the up/down bouncing on my chest I didn't like it.
