Im sure everyone who has had their surgery always had in the back of their minds thinking "what if the results are worse then the gyne". 

I just came across this photo...what has happened here? is the result of too much lipo from an inexperienced surgeon?

Yes, these are poor results.  The surgeon removed an irregular amount of fat as well as too much breast tissue, which has resulted in a crater deformity.

This would be a very difficult case for revision.

This is an example why it behooves everyone who is on this forum to carefully research their chosen surgeon -- do not rush, because you want to avoid such results.  Gyne surgery is not "simple" -- it really takes an expert to get consistent, natural results.
