Hello ,

I'm from Saudi Arabia, 26 years old.

I've had an average gynecomastia on my chest since I was a teenager. In September 2009, I decided to have liposuction surgery here in my country. The result is not as I expected unfortunately.

The right side of the chest seemed sucked inside more than the left. Since that time I feel discomfort on the same area. The left side is much better though.

I'm really hoping that it is possible for my condition to be cured. Can you provide me with names of surgeons capable of doing such revision surgery? even in states I can travel there.

Please help ... Thanks

Even the one photograph reveals a depression of the right chest -- presumably too much tissue was removed.

This would require revision or secondary surgery in order to correct it.  Correction might require additional liposuction of the surrounding areas (if too much was left there) as well as filling in the depression with either fat grafts or fat flaps.

I do not know if there are any plastic surgeons in Saudi Arabia who specialize in gynecomastia.

If you are interested in coming to the US, then send me a personal message with your email address and name and I will send you further information about revision surgery.  Included will be instructions for a free email consultation.

Good luck!
