second surgery

  I am about to under go my second surgery for Gynecomastia.Exam and consultation in a couple of days.  My first surgery was twenty-five years ago.At the time my Doctor performed liposuction only through incisions under my armpits. He did a nice job. Still,when I press in my nipples I can feel my ribs but at the same time around the area feels like the shape of a hard donut. I assume this is the gland that needs to be removed? Being I already had Liposuction will surgery still be able to be performed or will there be such things as scar tissue,etc...?Thanks for listening.By the way I have gottin down to the same weight I was at with my first surgery(193 lbs).
