Need some help

So i went to see a plastic surgeon and he check like 1 minute and told me i have a gland also fat that he need to do lipo suction and incision and the price for this is $5600 . Now my question is that 1 minute is all he need to find out if i have gyneo or is just fat? can he be wrong? .. sorry for my bad english i wasent born in usa

I would hope he would take more time with you with a good history of your case, ect.  However, It is very easy for an experience plastic surgeon to tell the condition.  Other opinons  are always good.
