Problems after rejoining

I have recently rejoined using my old ID and password (maybe the cause of the following?)

1. Cannot login on mobile devices  - just keeps defaulting to Guest
2. Can't seem to find any way of entering details such as age etc or any general info about myself or a signature
3. I had got as far as being a bronze member but this seems to have been lost probably as all my old post have now been credited to DW20 "Guest". Is there any chance of relinking??

I had similar problems until I selected FORGOT PASSWORD and then created a new one and problem solved for me! I hope the same works for you and many others on this site talking about this!

It sounds like the password reset may be worth trying, especially if the account is defaulting to Guest. For the missing membership status and older posts, I would contact the site staff to see if the old account can be linked back to DW20. Since this thread is from a year ago, hopefully the account issues have been resolved by now.
