seroma drained 10x 4 week post op

Hey guys i just had a gyno revision from the same surgeon that did my first unilateral gyno surgery.  This time i’m dealing with seroma.  i had the seroma drained 10 time already... it seems like every 24h i accumulated 3cc of fluid.  The firts aspiration was 17cc then it been up and down from 7cc to 12cc.. i am 4 week post op... when does this seroma gonna stop ? my Dr dosent want to put drain he just want to keep draining it but it doesn’t get smaller. i also have ALOT of compression on it but it still fills up.. the last thing i want is a hard capsule seroma thanks
