We need a chat room for..

I think we need a chat room for the people who are currently only.. i think this is important as people could chat and interact much more than just posting on the forum

assuming he means a live chat, this came up once before.  it's an interesting idea, and somebody here even opened a user's chatroom on yahoo im occasionally.

upsides:  
* possibly greater exposure
* faster dialog if that's a useful thing.  

downsides:  
* stuff is a little less thought-out than a message board;
* unless you copy it, the discussion vanishes into electronic vapor;
* it's open to non-gyne trolls (i can live with them, but i can think of one individual here whom that might imaginably give slightly more difficulty *impish grin*.)

i doubt chatt'd integrate into this board structure (happy to be proven wrong), so for constructive suggestions,  it'd seem to me if anyone wants to open a livechat on another chat client like yahoo, it's wide open, just announce where and when you'd be planning to do it if you do.
