40+ experience with surgery

Hi all -

I am 40 and considering having surgery.  I have a thin build but have puffy nips and flabby chest despite weight loss.  I am curious what other men 40+ experienced with having surgery.  I am concerned about my skin not snapping back as quickly as it once would have.  The last thing I want is sagging skin on my chest.  Appreciate any input.
