I dunno but its fishey how all the people who put good experiences in for him all have under 20 posts!

Nothing fishy at all.  I haven't been on the site because since the surgery, I have been busy living my life.  

Dr Jacobs is very expensive, but he will revise for free (and I think has to in my case...the right side did not come out like the left side).  You pay in part for the confidence in a good surgeon, which is exactly what he is.  There are enough plastic surgery mishaps out there for me to not want to risk a bad surgery.  Shoot me a personal message or whatever if you have questions.
