I went to Dr. Gyorgy Jánky (George Janky) about six months ago and it was NOT worth the money (€600 for puffy nipple surgery). Neither he doctor nor staff speak English to a level required for explanations (Spanish was even worse). Information sheets I was told in writing I'd receive were not given. The only pain  relief I was given after the operation was Tylenol which was not sufficient and meant  I had to leave the hotel after a few hours to look for an all night pharmacist without a prescription. I had the feeling during the process that he didn't know what he was doing (RE not familiar with techniques, not having a record of my appointment, said compression vest required/not, etc) but went ahead because I was already there and optimistic. I'm posting this so nobody ends up in his office feeling the same way. I'll probably get surgery done again but wait till I can afford  to go with one of the best who is recommended on the site.
