I am on day 3 of recovery after bilateral gyne removal under local in bangkok. Total procedure took 2 hours and although there was some severe pain at times it didn't last long as he would numb the area. 
The doc came to my hotel the day after just to check on me. To be fair Im staying very very close   
Overall it looks good and I have been pleased with the surgeon. Slight indenting on 1 side but told that is swelling.

What was the cost and the clinic name if any? Was it lipo & gland removal?

I am 13 days postoperative and things are healing well. I went for a 2.5 mile run today without incident. No pain and no additional swelling. Incisions are almost completely healed. There is some hard swelling about 2"x2" behind both nipples that I believe will dissipate with time.
