Has any one received surgery from Shailesh Vadodaria?

I am 16, from the UK and have been looking around for a surgeon. I obviously asked the big ones like Karidis but they all declined saying they only operate on 18+. Vadodaria said he would operate if i had confirmation from parents and doctor. I'm skeptical of why he would except and the others wouldn't, just wondering if anyone has had good or bad experiences with him and if they recommend him.
