Hey man,

Here is all of the info for my case with Pensler:

Total Cost: $4875.00 ($650.00 Surgery Deposit, $4,275.00 Day of Surgery)

You have to have a pre-op with him before surgery!

He requires you to also visit seven days post-op. (I dont think this is etched in stone b/c he let me come in 6 days).

dang, thats quite alot of money, but around what I was expecting to hear.  So much money, but would be very worth it....
