Tweet a gynecomastia surgery

I would like to Tweet a Gynecomastia Surgery.  I hope to find a guy who will let me do this as I think it will be interesting and hopefully helpful to many men.  We will start looking for a willing participant but if you are interested in seeing this happen we need followers on Twitter!  As soon as we get at least 200 followers, we will start working on particulars to make it happen.  I will Tweet every step of the way, starting from the pre-op appointment, through the post op appointments.  Pictures too, especially during the surgery.  What do you think?
