What was the most pain in your surgery?

I echo the boards sentiments, the procedure is virtually pain free. Just swelling and soreness to deal with for a few days post op. My biggest sorce of dicomfort has been a bit of hardening of the tissues around my nipples that leaves them a bit tender to the touch but other then that its been a really smooth experience. Other then that the vest of course sucks to wear especially in the heat but, you deal with it.
