I think the vast majority of patients who have their gynecomastia successfully removed by surgery, move away from these boards and get on with their lives.  That’s my guess why this section of the web site doesn’t have many postings and therefore a reflection of how useful this site is to sufferers.

Thats probably true, However, I wondered if SURGERY SUCCESS STORIES were higher up the page, more people might post here. Seems like the titles at the bottom of the page get forgotten. Actually, i do find comments on successful surgeries that are posted under other titles.
