I've had lipo surgery, I asked doc to remove whole gland old school way but he said mine is minor so he could remove all of it with just lipo and 2 weeks post and I actually see some improvements

but in case, which are best for gyno users even tho it's gone?

incline,decline OR flat?

or all 3 ?

I personally do flat bench, incline, and flat bench flies.

Flat bench is the single best exercise to developed the entire pectoral.
Incline will put emphasis on your upper chest ( which is what people will see when wearing a t shirt)
Flies are an excellent way to build up the chest as well

I never do decline.
