Trembling during workout...?
Hey...

Sometimes when I do upper body training, my arms shake/tremble. Why is this? Is this normal? Does it happen to anyone else?

if you're working real hard then it's normal. i only tremble when i lift a heck of a lot, a heck of a lot of times.
