Arnica
Dumb question I know, but don't want to take any chances.

Now, we're meant to take Arnica for a week before the op, so if your op is on Friday 8th April, should you start taking arnica on Friday 1st or Saturday 2nd?

I.e., of the week cycle, should you take the 7th dose on the day of your op, or the day before?

Oooh yeah also, what does Levick do with the gland once it's out? Would it be too bizarre for me to ask to see it afterwards?!  :D
