B&B recommendations birmingham

Anyone recommend a reasonable priced B&B near Mr Levicks hospital. ? I have a few numbers but looking for first hand info.

I have booked into the Kensington on 0121 472 7086.    785 Pershaw road, birmingham.  £45 per night single £55 per night double.  Price includes breakfast.  you can order evening meals until 10pm.  We have not stayed there but this is one given by the BMI.  It is 5mins from the BMI.

if you know of others could you put the details down please.

Although i have no more information on these, ill do some research on proximity to the hospital and prices.

Hagely Road is 1.5 miles from BMI using Microsoft Autoroute.

Have just 2 minutes ago booked into The Norfolk Hotel (The Artist Formerly known as Comfort Inn Edgbaston) on Hagely Rd.

Did it through www.laterooms.com   £40 per night single room/breakfast.

Given details by Mr Levicks Office.

I cancelled the Kensington.  Looked a bit dated on the internet when I did a search.  Booked the Mrs in the Norfolk at £40 including breaky.

I reserved a room at the Beechwood Hotel on Bristol Road for next week, single en-suite was £39.  It is a 2 minute walk round the corner from Priory Hospital.

I think its only a 2 star hotel compared to the 3 stars on Haguely Road for the same sort of money but i thought that since ill be getting down there about 8pm and checking out at about 7.30 the next morning(ive to be at the hospital for 8am) that i dont really mind what the room is like, although it looks nice enough.
