i had the same story said to me.........i waited 10 years to go back! 10 years lost of my life.
dont wait around, go back and ask for the op.
if he wont refer you get a second opinoin or go private.

dont sit around waiting
go tell your doctor that you want your gynecomastia sorting out and tell him that you want blood tests doing.
dont waste another few years wondering "what if"
i wish id have had my op 20 years ago when i was your age
seems i suffered 20 more years of my life with this sh1tty conditiuon
now get some action and tell the doctor that you know you have gynecomastia and tell him you are researching all the options on the internet
that should make him sit back and listen to you
