Compression.... pants?! Crazy!

Does anyone know if you can buy 'compression underpants'?

As my compression vest is going to be holding everything in a bit, I was wondering if I can even-out my arse end a bit.  I'm a bit conscious of it appearing to 'stick out' a bit more than usual.  I know women can get them, as i learnt from the piece of cinematographic 'genius' that was 'What Women Want'  (you know where Mel Gibson puts on those tights like the prat that he is).

Anyway yeah if anyone can help that would be appreciated.

It's nearly 2 in the morning, can't sleep for the itching.  AAAAH!!!
