In dire straights help!!!

Hi Everyone
I need some advice urgently. I have lived with gyecomastia for many years but recently decided to go for it and just get the surgery even though money is quite thight at the moment. I am from ireland and the surgery here is very expensive here, as a result i decided to go to Poland to have the surgery. I found a surgeon who quoted 1500euro so i decided to go for it. When i got to Poland though he said that i would just be having liposuction and not excision as it is not possible to do them both in one day. I was really disappointed about this as i had travelled all that way to hear this, so i decided to go ahead with the surgery. Now two months on i am really disappointed with the results. While my chest has absolutly no fat, i still have protruding nipples due to the glands beneath.

My question is what should i do now?? I really cant afford to go to a whole new surgeon as they will probably quote me 2000euro that i cant afford now and i really doubt the surgeon who done it is going to listen to my complaints.

Does anyone know a surgeon in eastern europe who would do excision for really cheap price- i seriously cant handle gynecomastia anymore but am stone broke!!!

Please give me some hints tips

I'm also from Ireland so I understand how expensive it is here!

I decided to go with Levick, (I have a diary in my previous posts)

Unfortunately I can't comment on eastern European surgeons, but personally I would recommend saving some cash and going with a more reputable surgeon. At the end of the day, it will be worth it.

All I can say is you are making a mistake if you are basing it on the price. Finding the right surgeon with experience with this type of surgery is the most important. Just would hate to see you disappointed with final result. I wish you the very best of luck with whatever you decide.

I just looked at Swarleys post and he paid roughly a grand to have his flanks lipo'd by Karidis. Would he have charged as much as €1500 for just the chest being lipo'd?

Take your time and research all your options and hopefully you will get what you want

Yeah i know its a really bad idea to base surgeon choice on price but literally my hands are tied. I aint going to be able to save up any kind of substantial amount of money at the moment, but at the same time i want this gyno sorted out now no matter what!!

I would love to say to you have a consultation with Karidis in London, a consultation would cost you £75, and he would tell you straight away what you need doing to correct your gyne, he specialises in corrective surgery. Only stumbling block is you being in ireland and looking for something done cheap.
But what happens if you see another surgeon who is not the most knowledgable and he does a proper botch up job and your say another 1500 out of pocket and more importantly disfigured badly ! There you go I've said my view for what its worth, good luck mate and hope things work out for you.
