Another thread thats convincing me even more of Benito, I'm 99.9% sure that Benito is the surgeon for me.. every single one of his results I've seen are amazing.... you look great and will be even better after hitting the gym. Can't wait until I have enough cash saved to go through with it.

Good luck with the healing.

Sorry to keep asking you questions Irish Lad! What's the compression garment like from Dr Benito e.g. is it velcro at the front? hooks? zip? does the vest have shoulder straps? how obvious is it through a t-shirt? Anything else you can tell me about it would be good. I'm thinking of buying another one so one can be washed at a time. Cheers.

blue...cheers mate,im feeling really good and im a week post op tommorow,id actually be ok without the vest now if i wanted, thinking of wearing it for 1 more week and then switching to a nike compression top for last two weeks as their less iritating... only thing starting to bother me is my chest and armpit hair is growing back and the stuble is doing my head in!!!lol

jackd... ye im yet to see someone who wasnt happy with their result from benito..id recommend him to anyone..ye im mad to hit the gym ididnt train for about two months and lost a lot of muscle.. cheers

mwalker..no prob glad to help..thats the only benifit from armpit excission less bruising but you have the benifit of less pain lol! ye a long way to go mate but we are going to have to have patients..im thinking of changing to nike underbody armour compression vest for last two weeks this vest is annoying the life out of me with stuble on chest and armpit etc and mine is a size small i think i could have done with the meduim.. how you feel about the vest??

equium... no hassle ask away...  in my opinion i hate the vest mainly because it iritates the stuble on my chest and armpit, but i think i may have gotten the wrong size benito gave me a size small and i think i could have done with the meduim so as you can imagine the vest is stuck to me lol.. its hooks at the front,no shoulder straps, not obvious at all but it feels obvious to me because its so dam tight as i got the wrong size or its because im just so used to having gyne i think its still their when its not!! at worst the vest gives of a crease down the middle where the hooks are but nothing major.. id recommend buying another one incase you dont like the fit of the one dr benito give you.. im buying a nike compression vest next week for training and another for normal use for the last two weeks!! thats it really i would probally say considering your getting armpit excission same as myself meaning your chest will be shaved and armpit you might find it iritating when hair starts to grow back into a stuble!! no prob mate!

Hey Irish Lad

I'm having the op on Tuesday, cant believe it's going to happen but cant wait! I'm having an armpit incision too and can you advise me whether it would be better to take my luggage in a rucksack or a small wheely suitcase? The rucksack would obviously involve less pulling, which i thought might be painful after having an armpit incision. But then again, having a rucksack, the straps will be close to my nipples and might be painful. I know it sounds like a stupid question but I just want to have all bases covered for the recovery!

Cheers again mate

Eq.

i dont know really both would be a good choice but i brought rucksack and ended up carrying it by my side.. you wont feel too much pain around nipples as the excission would be through the armpit so it will hurt lifting things or strecthing up to reach something.. its a tough one ..but you'l be grand with only a spair change of clothes
