Forgot my Arnica!!!

I've just realised, three days before the journey to Birmingham, that I've forgotten to buy some Arnica tablets. And I'm sure that the leaflet(s) Levick provided say I should start taking them a week before surgery.

Have I messed up?

Or should I be ok if I buy some tomorrow and start then?

Silly to forget that really. Mind you, I've got a thousand things going on in my head at the minute, so it's no surprise I forgot something!!!

Yea just get some tomorrow, Levicks dosage is a lot lower than what is actually stated on the tube.

Levick, 2 a day i think
Tube dosage, 2 every 2 hrs for 1st 6 doses and then 2 4 times daily for 5 days.

I got mine from Boots for £4 roughly, cheaper than holland and barrett
