Hi guys,

I'll hopefully be having a consultation with Mr levick soon. I'm just trying to make sure I have all bases covered before I get surgery done.

Does Mr levick have your hormone levels checked beforehand? If not, has anyone had theirs checked and how did you go about getting it done?

I really don't want the gyno to come back after paying 4k, that would completely ruin me.

Thanks in advance.

Local GP. I asked the doc for full bloods, test, thyroid and they did it thankfully. I'm not a drain on the NHS and never need the GP so maybe they did it to keep me from coming back anytime soon lol

X2.  The priory hospital charges through the nose for pretty much everything;  I can't imagine blood tests would be any different.

Your GP should be happy to do basic hormone tests (I assume you mean testosterone/sex hormones?) if your symptoms / problem indicates that it is clinically necessary.   Just explain the situation.
