going in through the nipple rarther than around

I am thinking of having an op done locally in the east midlands by stephen mcculley , from his web site he seems to give impression that he will go in through the nipple to remove the gland - has anyone else heard of this?

I thought this was one of the standard ways of doing the op....... I believe Karidis does it this way?

Seems like a bit of a rip off that he charges 1k more for 'major' gyne correction though........ I bet many of his cases don't get classified as 'minor' either!

Infact all his prices seem a bit steep, 6k for a tummy tuck......ouch.

yeah I am hoping mine falls under the minor cat and can get it for 3,500 max - if i went to london i would have to pay travel costs etc and possible over night costs etc with all the follow ups appointments etc i am looking at 5k + so would like to get it done locally.
