One of my nipples is doing exactly the same thing mate, but I'm only 3 weeks post op.  And my tensed v un tensed is quite different ;)  But hopefully things will come out in the wash.  Takes 9-12 months to see final results so keep the massage up or call your surgeon for another check in if you're concerned in the slightest, but they may very well tell you the same thing, hopefully ;)  Looking great anyway mate, keep us updated.

hey everyone! its been nearly four and a half months now since my op and everything is going ok but I was just wondering how long roughly it takes to see final results???
my chest does seem to have improved month upon month and ive been going to the gym a lot and have lost some weight but when I tense my chest you can see the pec muscles clearly now but the nipple still kind of droops below it instead of on top of the muscle if that makes sense?
I'll try and upload some pics soon. There is still some tenderness directly under the nipple and this area does still get tight now and again but I find that massage makes it worst :/
I'm hoping that there is still just some healing to do and that the nipples will look more normal eventually.
On a more positive note, none of this can be seen through my clothes and I can wear whatever I want now ;)

Did you have any skin removed or was your op just excision and lipo. My moobs are a bit big and I'm worried about the skin stretching back.

no mate, no skin removed just lipo and gland removal. I suppose it depends how much the skin had stretched whether the surgeon decides to remove skin but I'd check that out with a surgeon first.

Thanks for your response. It's been a really hard decision to make. £4000 is a lot of money to spend but I've decided to book a consultation with Levick. This surgery is potentially lifechanging and I think I need to stop putting it off.

SDJ- good results mate.

Don't take my word on it but I doubt that your nipple will ever 'heal' and adjust its position above your muscle. I had surgery a week ago with karidis. Like everyone, I've been spending time before ever shower analysing my chest. I tense both pecs, my right nipple goes above the muscle and looks 100% perfect (to me anyway) whereas my left one is divided 25% on my muscle and 75% below the muscle. Incidentally my left side had much more gland in it.

The best thing we can do is keep fit and hit the weights. Treating gyno is 30% surgery, 20% in the head, and 50% in the gym :) for my anyways

yea i know mate i don't think much will change now in terms of healing. maybe i should concentrate on lower chest exercises and maybe that will push it out a bit and put some muscle under there.
