How do I wash my compression vest??

I thinking with luke warm water and nothing else.

Washed mine on a 30 quick wash av got the macom one

I hand washed mine in the sink with lukewarm water and a bit of washing powder. Think the Macom ones specifically state hand wash only? Didn't want to risk mine shrinking any further...was already too tight for my gut

Can you use washing powder?

Would it work for the material. 

I got a Macom Vest as well lol

I got the 2070B and absolutely love it because it has sleeves. I got a belly so didn't pick 2070LB.

Did you put washing powder on your one as well?

I might try this as my vest is a bit stretched and needs a bit of shrinking lol.

It's still kind of tight I guess.
