hi ive got my op on the first of march,i know everybody is diffrent, will i be able to run,situps,pressups by the first of april any indication on when people were able to comence normal cardio[no wieght training]would be appriecated thanks

yeah within one month you should be able to resume your workouts, however you will probably find that you cant lift the same weights for awhile. You must take it gradually and listen to your body.

It at about 4 weeks when you seem to be recovering in leaps and bounds....3 weeks, you are still feeling a bit sorry for yourself... by 8 weeks, you practically have practically forgotten that you ever had surgery!

thanks 4 the reply looking forward to excersize already with no bouncing boobs cant wait till summer even if just to ware a t shirt confidently is that how you all felt those who have had the op
