im only 16 and im thinking about waiting till im 18 and getting a loan and then getting the surgery, however im from near newcastle in the NE of england so ill have to travel right down london for karadis or at least to birmingham for levick

From what I've read, Levick is around £3800 and Karidis is about £4200.
If you're trying to save as much cash as possible (which is blatent from your 50 thousand threads), go to Levick, you're closer aswell.
