Karidis consultation

I am travelling down from crewe for a consultation with Karidis, if i was to go on the train what station would i be best going to? and how far is he from the station, would i be able to get a taxi or would i need to go on the underground or maybe a combination of both?

I got the train to Euston and got a taxi to the hospital (cost about £10). Although you could go on the underground to st johns wood station.
