Hey fellas
I've just got up so took a peek (glad I shaved my chest before all this...lots of glue)

To be honest it was quite a shock, I didn't expect the results to be so good. I mean, they're....gone.

My left side is pressed in a bit too much at the minute but I'm sure it'll fill out with time. No big deal anyway.

Will report back later.

Hey
Yeah I am really pleased. I wore a 'banned' shirt yesterday and couldn't stop stroking myself  ;D
I don't feel mutilated either, I think I'll be fine in a fortnight. Yesterday was much like any other day, just a lot more robotic as I'm quite stiff with this vest on. It's definitely interrupting my sleep too, but a small price to pay.

Oh yeah the worst thing is my throat from the GA. Very sore!

Here's a nice pic to brighten my day

It's so flat, I still can't believe it!
That's taken without the vest on - I'll put it back on shortly.
I dug this old t-shirt out from a drawer, I don't think I've ever worn it...it was far too tight.

Still feeling very stiff, moving like an old man, but no pain tbh. I haven't needed to take any of the painkillers I was given.
The vest isn't very comfortable but it's ok.

The bruising is visibly fairly minimal, I'll take another pic of my chest in a day or two.

Conclusion: best decision ever.

Cracking result you must be over the moon.

Your movement will get noticeably better every day now.

Hey guys
Here's another pic of my current status for those interested and my own 'diary' :)

Took the plasters off my nipples just now, I can't believe how small they are. Big improvement!

This is day 5 now, my stiffness has improved a great deal. Bruising ok, generally things are great.

Still not loving the compression vest but it's fine. Actually when I take it off I do miss the support after a little while. Although the 'wobble' in this area is gone now ;D, it's more comfortable to hold the area solidly in place while it's still bruised and healing.

Awesome result mate, well and truly in the pancake zone. :) I'm surprised you didn't have to take any pain killers at all, that's good. I used them to take away a bit of the soreness whilst sleeping.

Definitely not much to 'grab' there now compared to a few days ago!

Hey
I've got the details of what got removed now:
400ml fat (200+200)
15g (left) & 19g (right) of gland

Not sure what to think about that.

Anyway all is well again today, majority of the bruised area is now not sore to the touch.

Why didn't I do this a bit sooner?  :)

Glad all is well mate. We were only a day apart with our op's so it's good to check and see how you're getting on.

Are you feeling any scar tissue around your armpit area yet?

I "think" i had 20g of gland from the left, and 20g from the right.

Hey
Between nipple and armpit there's some sore/swollen areas, I guess.
I'll see how it develops. Will post another pic at the weekend.
