List of Surgeons

I was just thinking, wouldn't it be a good idea if we had a list of surgeons in the UK thread?

If you're using vbulletin, you can have a 'sticky' which always appears at the top of the list of topics.

I'm guessing that this list would also be very helpful for people going down the NHS route so that they know who's doing what in their area.

As a further suggestion, I would suggest that the list be 'quantitive' rather than 'qualitive'. It should be a basic list, no more. If it got into a 'rate my surgeon' scenario then gynecomastia.org could find itself exposed legally.
