went to see my doctor yesterday whos is excellent by the way, and he phoned and arranged everything and got my consultation and surgery booked so hopefully everything goes ok.

Re: sizes I was told to get the same size I am now, 'cos initially the swelling will mean my chest is a similar size. Depends on your gyne.

I went to my doctor, he got me a consultation straight away ... so after the consultation hopefully the surgery will be booked.

Are you sure your surgery has been booked?  Usual protocol for any surgery is the initial consultation so that the surgeon can decide if surgery is indicated and what sort of surgery would work best for you.
