Post-Op Restricted Movement, Staying Mobile?
Not seen this mentioned here before ...

Post op, I'm having difficulty moving my arms/chest/pecs, which I guess is to be expected, but I was wondering how bad other people had it?

Currently lifting my arms horizontally to my sides is impossible, due to bandages/pain, as is vertically above my head.

ALSO:

What exercises did people do, to stay mobile and such (as advised) after the op?
