Pics, What result can I expect to get?
Right here are some pics of my chest. I am going to see my GP on the 11th to try and get a blood test then after I get the all clear I will be finding a surgeon.

If you look at my pics how bad is it? What result can I expect? And was any one in a similar condition?

I would like my nipples to be flat and smaller this is top on my wish list!

with the right PS surgeon there is no reason to expect anything but a flat natrual chest afterwards, I dont think your case is too bad(visually speaking) so it should be pretty striaght forward for a skilled surgoen to perform.
