Everyone who has gone to Poland:

1)Please post your before / After photos.

If you don't have before pics, just post after.

Also, is anyone not happy with their poland experience?

Also, how long after the procedure, can you swim, run and play sports. And hit the gym?

Thanks..

Well, I haven't had surgery, in Poland or otherwise, but here are my 'before' pics.

Best of luck Patientx!  ;)  Most people have given Baranski rave reviews.  I'm pleases because there is no way I could ever afford UK prices and won't even consider surgery if it wasn't so cheap abroad.  I would have just lived with it  :(  Still, I'm jumping the gun, I haven't had anything done yet!!  :D

Well, bandages came off this morning and to be fair there doesn't look as if there's been any change on  the left. This was the side that needed most taking out. The right however looks 'hoovered' up. I'm trying not to jump the gun on conclusion but I cant go smiling at all just yet - pretty disappointing.

It may be swelling already, but I'm not so confident.

Looks like this could be a long few weeks in wait to just see... :-[

Not gonna be happy if I feel I have to return again...

my swelling on one side is still there
and have to say it gets noticably better in appearence every week :)
Healing takes time and the smoothing out of the chest can take upto a year :(
losing my moobs was almost as painless as losing my sanity

Hi Guys,
Long time no chat,
for the newer members I'm one of the early boys to have the Poland Surgery after Mark had been. In fact it will be a year in March, so I will post 1 year on photos this month.

But as u r looking for pix, I did previously post my six month photos and here is the link again.
I was never a six pack pretty boy ! so the work done was enough for me. Especially the gunk behind the nipple now gone and they are flatter instead of the conical shape before.

Comments welcome
cheers

Wonderful, congrats mate.  I hope to be following your example soon.  :)  Even with revision tinkering, it's soooo much cheaper than the UK.

So only a handful of people have actually posted their pics on here (who have had surgery in poland).

Lots of people talking about being unsatisfied and needing a revision.  This has got be a little worried.

I just feel there is more healing to be done and i still have a bit of scar tissue. It can take up to a year to see the final results. Its great when its cold though has the shrink really small, looks great then lol
