Hi Guys, Just a quick update!
It seems just like DarkM... I too am on the post surgery roller coaster... Scar tissue is at a bare minimum which is good news but Im having days were the creasing seems to be improving and days were it seems much worse!
My right side is still puffed out and feels like either water or liquid fat behind it..... Im really not sure what it is!!
I will be emailing Dr Levick tomorrow to see what he thinks.... Although im pretty sure he will say sit tight and ride it out!

I started back to work yesterday.... almost 1 month since surgery and i have to say i felt pretty good!! Only on odd occasions if i stretch too far do i feel my chest.... so im pleased about that!
DarkM.... How are things going? Hope you are well my friend?

I had my op with Levick at the end of October and my right side is still swollen and feels like it did prior to surgery. Also, my right nipple has returned to being puffy. Pretty happy with the left side at the moment. I'm still wearing the vest all the time just to hide the puffiness of the nipple as I hate it. I've booked to visit Levick on the 20th so it will be good to get his thoughts.

Alright gents, it's been a month and 3 days since my op, so here's another pic. I'm back to almost full mobility, i still struggle to put my arms up above my head but i can now do pressups again and i'm back running.

Beast- I've tried to capture my scar tissue in the photo's but it's almost not noticeable, it seems to be getting a lot better now and my chest is taking a nice shape. I find that all my creasing goes if i don't wear the vest for half an hour or so. Sorry to hear about the puffiness my friend, i haven't experienced anything of the sort so really don't know what to suggest, i'm pretty sure Levick will tell you to keep compression on though. I am still wearing my compression vest 24/7 even now, next week i'll transition to just wearing it at night and whilst exercising. Hope things are beginning to improve for you buddy!

Vesuvius- Sorry to hear that mate, one thing to keep in mind is that Levick will always sort it out!

Almost 7 weeks post-op now gents, not really much point in uploading a pic because it's not changed too much. The right side is 100% perfect now, no scar tissue/swelling/bruising, the left side is improving a lot but i still have a few small bands of scar tissue, and the nipple on my left side appears a bit more 'dead' than the one on the right. Hopefully it will wake up soon!

I am now back in the gym and lifting relatively heavy (between 1/2-3/4 of my max on benchpress) and basically full weight for everything else such as dead-lifts and shoulder exercises. I still sometimes get a sharp pain in my left rib cage if I sporadically put my arms above my head, it's quite strange that I developed this problem a month after the op, as far as chest pain goes, there isn't any.

I've still got a lot of the healing process to go yet but at this stage I'm very happy and would recommend Levick to anyone.

I'll upload some pics next week when I'm 2 months post op, cheers.

Alright gents, not been on here now since January. For those who didn't know i underwent gyno surgery with Levick on December 11th 2013, so almost 6 months ago now.

I think in terms of healing my chest seems pretty much done now. All scar tissue has gone, incisions are now hardly noticeable and the overall result is fantastic. If anyone is concerned about the surgery please don't be. I'd of paid 10k for the service Levick has provided. I still keep in touch with him now to update him on my progress, you will not find a nicer man anywhere else.

The nipple on my left side has woken up and so both sides now look the same, any bands of scar tissue/shading that i had has now gone.

The best advice i can give to you is to forget about it completely and stop worrying about it. Time flies.

Hey DM - glad to hear all worked out nicely! - hope you'll be posting a "finished" pic sometime?

I'm 14 weeks post-op as of today, and not doing too bad I suppose - still a way to go though (at least I hope so) for everything to settle down and even up.

Thank you for coming back and giving a 6 month update, very reassuring after previous concerns.

Any chance you can upload a few pics from now?

Thanks either way.

p.s. are they overhead pains now gone?

Howdy gentlemen, had my op with Levick way back on the 11th December 2013 now, so it's coming up to nearly 7 months. I understand how comforting it is to see results of people who underwent surgery with either Levick/Kadiris, as I myself used the website for months before my op to help make my decision on whether or not to have surgery and who to have it with.

Hopefully these pictures speak for themselves.

If anyone is considering surgery at the moment and is hesitant or concerned, please don't be. Levick is a true professional and in my opinion the greatest gyno surgeon in the world today. Even 7 months after my operation, he is still happy to answer any questions or voice over any concerns for me. You pay the fee not just for the op, but for a service you will get for many years to come. A buddy of mine had his op with Levick almost 3 years ago, and back in December during my consultation Levick asked me to invite him back to see how his results were. That is the mark of a true professional and someone who cares. I cannot speak highly enough of him.

The picture of the scar is the one under my left arm, it is a lot more visible than the one under my right for some reason, but as you can see it is hardly noticeable and they do continue to fade throughout your whole life. I actually have sensation in my nipples now as well, so although Levick says the feeling may never return in my case it's definatley coming back.

@ Donut, thanks for your words mate, seems ages ago now you were reassuring me I was going to survive my operation! Hope everything is well for you bro.

@ NorthernPhysique, yes all overhead pains are gone now. It felt like more of a pulling sensation if I was to hang freely from a pull up bar etc.. rather than actual pain itself. No pulling at all now brother.

Hey DM - looking great - seems like that bit of crinkling in left nip in the previous photo has gone now too? - gives me hope that mine will sort out eventually too!

Yes mate, the crinkling has more or less gone now, even if it stayed that way though it wouldn't bother me. I'm outside now without a T-shirt on at every single opportunity and nobody has the slightest idea only 6 months ago my nips were like cola bottle lids poking out.

Just checked in your posts my friend and you're looking great anyway.

-Swils29, yeah mate they are amazing. If you are considering surgery with Levick just go for it. It has literally changed my whole life.
