Maybe would have been idea to keep the binder on a few more days? Guess different people react differently to swelling... Some seem to get hardly any, some loads!

Anyway, looks like heading for a great result by the time Spring rolls around!

Looking good my friend. Jesus Christ your vest was tight! I had lines across my body also but they disappeared within a few minutes, only 'issue' i have experienced is after coming out of the bath my nips sort of went 'soggy'. I emailed Levick with pics and he said it's completely normal. I don't have any swelling and my bruising isn't getting any worse. I had indents on my nips because of the vest but now that I've taken it off they've gone. I'm sure Levick will answer any questions anyway mate so if it's bothering you just email him. Your looking good anyway, my bruising is a lot worse than yours haha. Trying to upload pics now.

If you look at the nip that's furthest away you can see the indentation, this has subsided after removing the binder though.

Some more, the bruising isn't too bad. It's going to be a roller-coaster ride for the next 6 months at least, all we can do is hang on tight and get on with it! I'm very happy so far though!

Looking really good my friend!!
I'm happy with the way things are going but I very much doubt the indentation on my left side will come out! It is really deep.... A bit annoying because it was nothing to do with the surgery! Anyway I will keep my fingers crossed, I have emailed Dr Levick with pics so will wait and see what he says!

Thanks mate, even now it's a relief to wear a relatively tight t shirt and not have my nips poking through it lol. Do you know when we can next drink alcohol? Thinking of having a few pints for Xmas Eve just wondering if it's safe or not.

I was told a week after the op would be ok to drink alcohol ..... I'm going to have a couple of pints at the weekend :)
How are you finding the compression vest? I was unsure if I should buy large or medium.... I went for medium but have to be honest, as the swelling is going down I'm not sure it will be tight enough so I took the plunge and ordered a small yesterday!
I emailed Dr Levick regarding my concern about the indentation.... I haven't heard anything back as yet! I only have the email address on his website... Is that the one you used?

Hey man, might squeeze a few cheeky ones in at the weekend then :P. I'm wearing a small vest on the tighest setting, I wear a t shirt underneath mine, makes a little tighter but a lot more comfortable under my arms, so you could try that mate? Think it took Levick a day to respond,  but he did tell me after my op to email him and not to worry about the response time because he sometimes forgets! Lol. And yeah I used the one on his website.

My left nip is indented a bit as well,  I wouldn't stress about anything at this stage bro.

Just heard back from Dr Levick, he said not to worry about the indentation and all would sort itself out in time!
I have just had a bath and for only the second time since surgery I have seen my new chest.... I have to say I am really pleased and think the indentation is very slowly starting to improve!
I have taken your advice DarkM , regarding the T-shirt under the compression vest and I have to say it is much more comfortable and gives more support! :)
Hope you enjoy your few pints at the weekend my friend... I think we deserve one or two! :)

Darkmagician: Congrats to your results so far, looks pretty good if you ask me! :)
Was wondering, which vest are you using? They told me to get some "Design Veronique Vest" which is pretty hard shipping to Sweden where I live, would be better with Macom vest, so please let me now which one you are wearing, thank you!

Beast -  the indentation seems to be improving daily, I have a small area of swelling just above my left nipple, it's numb to touch but apart from that everything seems to be ok. I'd say im back to about 90% mobility now, went out on my motorbike today with no problems at all. Hope you enjoyed your beers beast mate, I certainly did ;D.

Super - Thanks for your words, my vest is from Macom, it's a size small. Really good quality and it's only uncomfortable for the first few days. I more or less forget in wearing it now.

Hi DarkM.... Really pleased things are going well for you!
The indentation in my right nipple has just about gone but the one that was really deep on my left side is still
Fairly deep... I think it's going to take a long time to come out if it ever does!
I spoke to Levick about it and he said give it time and it will sort itself!
I have a fair bit if swelling  but I have to say apart from the indentation I am really happy!
Have a merry Christmas and happy new year!
Will update some photos after Christmas!!

All right people I'm almost 2 weeks post op now so a few more pics. Things are still going well, bruising is down to bare minimum now, the incision under my left arm has healed nicely, the one under my right seems to be taking a while longer to fully close. Now that i can touch my chest without causing any pain i've noticed a few small lumps of scar tissue, and i have developed sort of a half ring underneath each nipple, not sure if it's scar tissue or just the structure of my pecs at the moment.
Still, it looks good though and i'm pleased so far.

Have a nice Xmas Beast, i'm sure in a few months everything will look great!
