Unfortunatley i don't, i was just so concious of my chest it never occured to me to ever take any photo's of it! I had 'puffy nipples' so if you look at my chest in the pics, imagine a good handful of gland behind my nipples and my nips poking out like cola bottle lids that's exactly what it looked like!

Well from going from that description, you look pretty damn awesome where you are now!

Hi DarkM.... Im doing ok thank you!
I have most of my movement back and feel pretty good!
I get the occasional funny sensation in my chest but no pain!
Im still fairly concerned about the creases i have as they dont seem to be improving much, i know its early days but would like to see slight improvements!
I will email Levick with some pictures in the new year and see what he thinks!
Hope you are doing well.... I have to say you are looking good my friend! My case was far worse than yours so i guess i need to be patient and after all its only about 3 weeks since surgery!

Hi mate good to hear, not sure what to suggest about the indentation as mine has all gone now.. I'm pretty sure if you contact Levick he'll reassure you everything is fine though. Not sure if you're the same but a lot of the numbness in my chest has gone now, and scar tissue seems to be setting in alright. In a way it's a positive thing because at least it means your chest is healing. So far though I'm really happy, and thanks for your compliments mate, I'm sure we'll both be happy in the long run. Have a haply new year bud, sink those beers down ;-)

Happy New Year Everyone!
Hi DarkM.... Hope you had a good one and managed a pint or 2 !!
Im pleased to say the indentations are very slowly showing signs of improvement!
I have very little Scar tissue at the moment but i do have slight puffiness in my right side, Im not too concerned about that as it seems fairly common and usually sorts itself out!
Hopefully everything will be nicely sorted and settled down by the summer!! I cant wait to go T-shirt shopping!

Good to hear mate, it seems I have very much so boarded the 'roller coaster' everyone on here seems to speak of! Oh well, nothing I can do about it so why be bothered. Just wondering what you're doing with your compression vest Beast, I.e. Are you wearing it at night now and not during the day? I'm leaving mine on for another 2 weeks 24/7, I'll also be going the running again at the weekend, it will be almost a month of Sunday so don't see what harm can be done if I run within the limitations of my chest.

Im still wearing the vest 24/7 .... And i will do for another 2-3 weeks.... im kinda getting used to having it on now! i had to order another one as the medium size i had was hardly tight enough! Oh and i went for the longer one which goes down to your waist and i have to say it is much more comfortable.... i was finding the short ones roll up!!
DarkM .... You say you have boarded the roller coaster! Whats happening my friend? Are you getting lots of humps and bumps?
Hope everything is ok!!

Hey man, yeah same haha i don't feel 'safe' unless i'm wearing it now. Mine is pretty tight so i've had no real issues with it apart from it sometimes irritating the scars under my arms.

Yep, lot's of humps and bumps i'm afraid my friend, i guess it's to be expected and it's hardly visible, if i was to take my shirt off even now i doubt people would know iv'e had my chest operated on. I know they are there though because i can feel them! I emailed Levick yesterday with pics and he said all was well and that i can start exercise next week.

Here's a pic for everyone, i'm a little more than 3 weeks post op now.

Looking good my friend!
I have a little bit of scar tissue but not much at all (Fingers crossed) I may be lucky with that!
I do have a bit of puffiness (If thats a word :) ) on my right side but nothing that worries me too much!
I think the creasing is slowly improving and coming out with time!
The First picture im putting up is 1 week post op and the 2nd picture was taken today.... 3 weeks and 3 days post op!
I have to say i am pleased with the way things are going, Considering i had a fairly bad case!

Looking great mate! Huge improvement! You must be chuffed with that, i reckon the creasing will sort itself out considering how far it's already come.
