You'll be ok dude - it's lower body lipo that causes the bruises in delicate places. The deep red ones will hand around for a few weeks longer than the yellow/green ones, which will clear up pretty quickly if you stick to a 'clean diet', drink plenty of fluids and pop those arnica pistules.

Your bruising is worse than mine was though of a similar nature. Incidentally Im not sure the red is bruising. I had that all on the front of my deltoids. He certainly didnt do any lipo there and it wasnt in any way sensitive. I believe that its just bleeding that gets squished around by the bandages and gravity (as Johnny said).

The redness goes pretty quick, the yellowy brown bruising takes a bit longer.

Seriously though man what - are -  you - worried  - about ?? You had a pretty bad case of gyne before hand, and from your post op pics it looks like you have excellent results. My bruising was pronounced but I didnt give a monkeys because I knew it meant my gyne had gone. Every technique is different and Benitos technique is certainly aggressive but theres plenty too many of guys on this board whos post op pics are a little incision here and a stitch there and theyre crying because their gyne is still there.

Theres plenty of guys around whod love to have your results, bruising and all.

Another excellent result from Barcelona!! Hope to see more UK people going there, as I think thats where I'm going to go... very good results, once the bruisings gone you'll never notice you had gyne.

day 7 and 10 pics below.

Overall, its been a case of getting better everyday. getting more mobility and getting used to the vest and am happy to not have to sleep on my back any more either.

Outerial - to your point above - i have had excellent results and am dead chuffed, esp considering where I started from - your point is a good one. I did have a concern about the LHS but swelling is evening out. You can see the difference in D7 and 10 even. now -just need to start the swimming.

Blimey Paddy, you've got to be pleased with those results.  If i get that i will be happy, and not being rude considering the 'cup' difference between us at the start.  Very impressive!  As for your granny bruises there soon go, keep up the good work.

yeah - very pleased so far!!!
as you say, it was pretty bad at the  outset, so anything else is a big improvement.
bruises - I can see them changing every day so am not too bothered. time is a great healer as the irish are fond of saying and as outerial says, my gyne is gone. The bruises are a small price to pay!

Hi Paddy,

Whilst i don't have the level of your bruising in the chest, i'm catching you up on the love handle area.  It's moving in on the old chap now......hope it doesn't go black and fall off!   ;)

Not too bad.  Feel a little achy today, not sure why, maybe overdone it?

It seems that most of the fluid & swelling has gone now.  I have a slight puffing of the nipples, though hopefully this will go down when the skin contracts.

Well sort of, or i might be getting it all wrong!  However i think wearing the compression vest drops me a clothes size, or so..

I believe there is still a long road ahead, maybe with a few roadblocks and cul de sacs en-route!

Got a mates wedding on Saturday, so we will be together all day Friday onwards, will tell then what happened in Spain last week, could be an intriguing conversation.

How's yours getting on?

I had that too. one popped out at week 3, the other at week 6. Worried about it for weeks. Absolutely convinced myself there was still gland in there, they  would never look any better and it was going to come back.

They went right down after 5 months and havent thought about it since  :)

Hopefully that's all it is then, otherwise i'll be back on that table quicker than you can say...    I have first check up on the 5th, will wait for his assessment.
