hi,
that doesn't sound goos mate - just keep on at them!!! Remember its us who are filling their pockets! we can soon stop it!!!
i needed a revision and i just contacted them and told them i wasn't satisfied!!! i had to contribute towards the revision but this was only for the knock out juice and hospital stay!!1
don't give up - fire them another email and like 'not fed up' said....link this page.

could you please post some pictures on the site or send them to my email markkeo@hotmail.com. I'd rather see the pics before i passed comment but i do agree that the surgeon should have mentioned it first!!Therefore i think you shouldn't need to pay for an aeola (if needed) operation because you paid gor gyne (breast reduction)...not lipo ...not excission....but for treatment to reduce and improve the appearance of your chest!!!

Guys i could do with some advice please.

I have mailed markashleigh some pics which he has looked at.

I am still not happy with the puffyness of the nipps, i have spoken to the clinic too.

When i had the surgery i just had excission, no lipo.

I emailed the clinic again asking what the next procedure could be and enquiring about revision.

This was the reply...

Removing of more gland is not possible. Dr. Baranski has examined your pictures and in his opinion the puffy nipples is your problem not the gland. It could be done more even (platy) by nipple plastic.

The final decision would be done after the examination in the clinic, in the course of consultation with you.

Of course you could send us more pictures.

So its seems that the first op hasnt worked as i still have puffy nipps, and to be honest, couldnt i have just had this 'next' surgery as my first surgery, so i will have to pay again.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Its impossible to say without your making the pics public Im afraid Gaz. I understand you dont want to put them up but theres not much advice we can give you without seeing what youre sending to the clinic. Maybe Mark can help as hes seen them.

Theyre not great pictures tbh and if you want the clinic to agree to a revision on the strength of them then you should take more and make sure they clearly identify the problem. Can you put the camera on timer and aim with a tripod so you can get them in focus?

I'd say from looking at that that it looks a bit borderline to me - can you feel gland under the nipples pushing them out? It does sound like Baranskis technique isnt great at flattening out nipples but to be fair it looks like the rest of the chest is flat.

Dudee. theres nothing wrong with them nipples..

They look perfect but the pics arnt that good...
nipples always look a bit puffy.......if they were flat 100% it wouldnt be natural...........

The thing is my chest is lean, i didnt have lipo, just gland excission.

The side pics show that the nipple isnt tight, and if i gets to me then there must be something wrong.

as outerial says get some better pics that are more in focus
to me they look spot on and not bad at all.
but the camera can lie and not give a true likeness.
practice taking different angles and lighting.
and if you have "macro" on your camera put it on for close up shots
