Scar tissue removal

Hi all. I am 18 months post surgery with Dr. Benito and still have 2 small lumps of scar tissue under both areola areas. Although it isn't a major issue it is still noticeable and I want to get rid of them. Anyone had any procedure to have this done and if so where and how much did it cost? I know it involves a small incision around the areola and Benito has quoted me about 1000 euros. I am interested in having it done here though if possible. Thank you
